- Design and deliver high-impact solutions within the Leadership, learning and OD space
- Facilitate impactful and value-adding programmes
- Represent and extend our brand reach
- Manage high-quality, sustainable client relationships
What We Need…
We are looking for Consultants who can demonstrate skills/experience in the areas listed below:
- A strong background operating globally in the leadership, learning and organisational development, or coaching space
- Excellent people skills, with proven ability to engage at all levels
- Evidence of delivering high-quality, impactful leadership and learning programmes or organisational development projects
- A highly facilitative approach with a proven ability to bring theory to life
- Experience delivering in business English and one or more of the following languages:
- Dutch, French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, German, Portuguese (Brazilian), Chinese, Japanese, Indian (Hindi), Malaysian
Additionally, we would like to know:
- What delivery methods you are skilled in (e.g. facilitation, coaching, consulting)?
- Why you think you would be a good fit for our brand? What makes you special within your field?
- The languages you are fluent in or competent to be able to facilitate client sessions.
- Other consultancies you work with/for?
