Components of Blended Learning Solutions

Components of Blended Learning Approach

  1. Learning Module Input  – Agile and flexible facilitated sessions delivered either face-to-face or virtually, dependent upon the session’s focus and the business’s needs. We also provide access to our purpose-built online learning platform, Boost.
  2. Self-Directed Application – A blend of self-directed diagnostic or learning tool application activities undertaken by delegates pre and post-Learning Module Inputs
  3. Group Coaching/Action LearningCoaching or Action learning sets focussing on specific business challenges to enable delegates to apply their learning practically
  4. Learning Touchpoints – 1-2-1 coaching sessions with the programme coach, providing time and support to ensure learning needs are met and addressing learning support as and when required.

Innovation Central tacitly understands that learning solutions must coexist with the practical demands of ‘business as usual’ activities. Consequently, our approach to learning design focuses on creating pragmatic solutions that provide a consistent ‘heartbeat’ of learning input, self-directed learning, group coaching and learning touchpoints that meet the learner’s needs whilst respecting our client’s operational calendars.

All Innovation Central programmes are scoped, designed and planned to our client’s learning needs. We provide solutions that can flex to address business change, changes to individual needs and progress, and create the critical space for learning application. Notably, the design of our programmes proactively allows delegates to undertake a proportion of their learning at a time and place that suits them.
