Change Management Programmes

Organisational change comes in many guises, as do change management programmes. Regardless of the size or breadth of the change, it can create difficulties if colleagues are not equipped with the relevant skills, tools and techniques to support the successful change transition. Consequently, Innovation Central provides a range of change management programmes to support the long-term sustainability of organisational change.

Example Change Management Programmes

Preparing For a Step-Change

  • Delivery: 2x 90-minute master class sessions.

Designed to provide a 101 for people leadership through change. Our ‘Preparing For a Step-Change’ programme explores the emotional responses to change, encouraging participants to uncover strategies to manage and overcome resistance, uncertainty and negative challenge to change. Investigating VUCA and the ‘six human needs’, the sessions enable participants to understand why individuals respond to change differently. Consequently, participants leave equipped to understand and bust ‘change myths’ and effectively manage their own and their team’s wellbeing.

Getting ‘Match-Fit’

  • Delivery: 1-2-1 or small peer group coaching

Getting ‘Match-Fit’ is designed to help leaders understand how their current skills and behaviours translate into a new organisational redesign. This type of performance coaching raises participants’ awareness whilst objectively benchmarking individual capability and confidence, supporting each person to identify what is needed from them to be ‘match-fit’ for the future.

Team Readiness Assessment & Action Planning

This change management programme has been designed by our team of change psychologists. Our team readiness assessment enables current leaders to understand their roles and responsibilities in driving and delivering sustainable change for their teams. Action plans are created focussing on:

  • Leading: Developing approaches to change management, providing vision and clarity of the change and championing it to the end.
  • Engaging: Winning the hearts and minds of people affected by the change; helping them through the change in a positive way.
  • Enabling: Providing people with the skills, knowledge, behaviours and resources to deliver and embed the change.
  • Measuring: Managing the journey from the starting position to the target end state.

Building and Developing High Performing Teams

  • Delivery: 1-day workshop

Designed to enable newly formed teams to bond and ‘fast-forward’ to their ‘forming stage’, participants are challenged to:

  • Identify their individual and collective strengths as a team.
  • Shape their vision for the team/function together, agreeing on their critical short-term priorities.
  • Establish and define their high-performing ways of working.
